Omni Parcel Return is an online portal for customers to return their goods back to the retailers either paid or free. It act as mediator between the retailer and customers. It is designed and developed to make goods return easy, simple and fast. It satisfy the needs of ecommerce consumers.

- Providing an ability to book paid / Free returns of Omni Channel Logistics’ retailer’s customers.
- The system can manage multi retailers and different settings for each retailers including their front look and feel and custom details for each retailer.
- Customer can book their returns using the portal. Once the booking is done shipping label will be sent to customer and they need to use that label to send their items back. The system is secure and trustworthy. Payment is done using PAYPAL and transaction are sent over the internet using secure socket layer (SSL).
- System user can manage reporting about all transaction, returns and customers.
- System user can manage all the retailers their hub, payment details from backend.
- Customers can track their return details by entering Connote No and Order No.
- PayPal Payment Integration.
