- API is used to generate and fetch information for each customer while generating new case.
- System user can login and generate unique calculation mail for customer for whom the extra custom charges applied and sent mail to customer via system.
- For each retailer mail template can be set via system.
- Customer can pay their extra taxes using the link provided in mail. The system is secure and trustworthy. Payment is done using PAYPAL and transaction are sent over the internet using secure socket layer (SSL).
- System user can also track all the cases with their payment status for each customers. (Draft, Pending, PAID Failure etc.)
- Also System user can send multiple reminder mail if the customer has not done the payment.
