- Parcel returns: for domestic and international returns.
- Return Paid parcels: for domestic returns only.
Features
- Convenience : customers can either contact you to arrange a return, use the label you have sent with the parcel, or go online to arrange the return themselves.
- Tracking : Available in selected locations. For international returns, it is available on express courier international returns only.
- Email Notification : When we first scan the return parcel an email notification is sent to the sender and even when it’s delivered back to you.
- Speed of delivery : Choose regular parcel post, express post. For international choose regular airmail or express courier international.
- Print at the post : Customers can print their returns label by visiting a participating post office if they don’t have access to a printer.
- Select who pays : You can choose either you or your customer pays for return postage.
