Technical Lead
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience to lead and contribute to the development of scalable web, backend, and mobile applications. The role requires strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Full Stack development, APIs, databases, and mobile technologies, along with the ability to architect solutions, write quality code, mentor developers, and drive projects from development to deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute hands-on to the design, development, architecture, and delivery of web, backend, and mobile applications.

Develop scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, databases, REST APIs, and microservices.

Actively participate in mobile application development, API integration, debugging, optimization, and releases using React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android, or similar technologies.
-
Own end-to-end technical solutions covering frontend, backend, database, mobile, integrations, and deployment.
-
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, design patterns, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
-
Lead, mentor, and technically guide developers while remaining actively involved in coding.
-
Analyse requirements, create technical solutions, estimate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive effective long-term solutions.
-
Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Work with Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.

Continuously evaluate technologies and improve application architecture, performance, and development practices.
Required Skills:

5+ years of professional software development experience, with proven experience in a Tech Lead role.

Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices.

Good experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android, or similar technologies.

Strong understanding of system architecture, scalable application design, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
-
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, testing, deployment, and production support.

Good understanding of API security, authentication, performance optimization, and application security.

Proven ability to code hands-on while leading and mentoring a development team.

Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Graphic & UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer who can create visually appealing graphics and intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, website and mobile app interfaces, and user experience. You will collaborate with our marketing, product, and development teams to deliver engaging designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.
Qualification:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, visual hierarchy, and branding.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.

Ability to design websites, mobile applications, social media creatives, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.

Understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be an added advantage.

Strong creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX projects.
Essential Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, M.Sc. IT, B.E. CS/IT, B.Tech IT, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Responsibilities for this position:
Graphic Design:

Create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.

Develop creative concepts and visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.

Design website banners, promotional graphics, and product creatives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative assets for campaigns.
UI/UX Design:

Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.

Ensure responsive layouts and consistent experiences across devices.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
